August 22 - we scheduled our celebration party for when the job was
done.
One problem. We weren't done.
So we took the afternoon off anyway, and then got back to work.
Jack and Anne Abeel joined us for our contractors party,
along with some other good friends. We played music and ate.
It was a needed day off, for sure.
I got a chance to play with Neil Harpe, Jim Hollan, Jack
Abeel, and Anne doing a duet on our bass fiddles!
Later in the day a thunderstorm roared through and we all crowded into
the old work shop. The electricians connected temporary lights, and
we carried on.
