third floor is finally ready for close-in.
HVAC in, new electrical, plumbing, and for the first time in the
house – INSULATION!
Next
comes rock lath and plaster…
(No, we are not going to keep the brick open; it
all gets new, real plaster.) |

the white coat (which is lime mixed with molding plaster). What a

This is where the master bedroom, closet room (yes, I said
"room"), and extended master bath.
